Skills: - Rakka is decent at waterbending, but he never took his training too seriously. He's got some natural talent, but his form isn't great. While Rakka isn't very good at big flashy attacks, he's good at making smaller, more detailed things out of ice and bending without making big sweeping motions.
He enjoyed practicing with weapons, so he's at least proficient with most traditional ones.

He'll usually just go along with whatever Rikka wants to do because it's too much of a hassle arguing with her, but he always takes responsibility for the trouble they end up getting into. Backstory: - Rakka and his twin sister Rikka were both born in the Northern Water Tribe. Their father was a waterbender and their mother was an earthbender.
Rakka never really expected much of himself. His sister worked so hard at everything he figured he could just take it easy and she'd handle things. He was shocked when he gained the ability to bend before her and even more shocked when her abilities never manifested. While he did skip class from time-to-time to relax, occasionally he would do it in hopes that Rikka going to class in his place would help her gain the ability to bend.
When Rikka said she wanted to leave the Northern Water Tribe, Rakka didn't need any other reason to come along.
