Appearance: - Rikkami looks very much like her brother when she's tied her hair up and wrapped her chest, and usually tries to mimick his appearance as much as possible. Unless bathing or sleeping, it would be hard to tell her apart from her brother.
Outfit: - water bender gear, same as her brother.
Skills: - knows the various waterbending forms and techniques but has never successfully used waterbending. Skilled with a spear. Unknown to her, she's an earth bender
Personality: - very outgoing and always getting into trouble, usually with her brother at her side. Hates being held back by anything. Never gives up.
Backstory: - Rikka and Rakka were born in the northern water tribe, their mother an earth bender and their father a water bender. Rikka and Rakka were twins, and they were told that soon after their birth, their mother died.

Rikka was always jealous of the fact that Rakka could bend and she couldn't. That didn't stop her from trying to learn the forms, however. Rikka would do whatever she could to learn bending, including impersonating her brother to go to his classes on days he felt like skipping them. Eventually she was accepted into classes, but it wasn't until roughly 4 years ago when a water bender girl from the southern water tribe came along.

Rikka and Rakka are now setting off on a journey to the United Republic of Nations to go find new opportunities in Republic city. For Rikka, she's trying to escape the traditions of the northern water tribe.
