Name: Keiko Barone
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Place of origin: Shiganshina District
Affiliation: Survey Corps
Alignment: Good
Occupation: Soldier
Appearance: A tan caucasian, short statured, slim girl with long brunette hair with two large pony tails that rides down to her lower back.
Skills: Flexible and nimble on the battlefield, thanks to her small and lightweight body. She can swiftly move through lush forest trees or open terrain with ease. She gets cocky with her agility, and sometimes and gets a false sense of toughness that often leads her in peril.
Personality: Joyful, she's a free spirited and playful young girl. She is almost always wearing a warm, calm smile on her face, and greets everyone with a cheerful hello. She is kind and sweet, but is also very glutinous when it comes to sugar. She is overzealous with her agility, when she feels she’s “On a roll”, she starts teasing the Titans and mocking them. She would get a high from the thrill she gets, then displays her reckless behavior that many say would get her killed one day. She would do flips and tricks, even dismounting on the Titans, showing no fear, diverting from any plans made just to show off her skills. To some, this reckless behavior is foolish, life threatening, and insulting to the military cause. To others it brings smiles and laughter to the troops, and they cheer her on, even taking advantage of the distracted, and confused Titan.
Backstory: When Keiko was a little girl, she was always so thrilled when her father would come back from patrol. Every successful mission, her mother would make a large feast. While waiting on the meal she watched her father whittle the cutest little animal figures. Her father always inspired her, every day he came home to her he would wear a smile. To her he was the bravest man ever. One day however, she realised his smiles weren’t genuine. Eavesdropping in on her parent’s conversation, she heard him in tears exclaiming how much he hated being a soldier, and how he missed his fallen comrades. Keiko picked up a block of wood, and tried to whittle a pony for her father to try to make him smile. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked. To this day, Keiko loves making people smile. The fear and anguish that the Soldiers have to face is a challenge everyday. Instant regret is what some have, others crippling fear. But with Keiko’s buffoonery on the battlefield, a grin cracks on their faces. It's all worth while to see their confidence back, it's what she lives to do.
